Chautauqua, NY - Days one and two are in the books for Viking golfer
Joseph Dominguez at the NJCAA National Championship Tournament.
After getting to the Western New York course a day early to get in a practice round, Dominguez was eager to get underway. Conditions starting the Division III Tournament would not be the most favorable due to the ongoing wildfires in Canada, however, Joseph would finish the day shooting a 96 closing out the opening round.
Heading into day two, Dominguez would settle down and play his best golf, shooting an 89 to end the second day of fierce competition edged him up the leader board heading into the third day at the National Tournament.
We are looking forward to Joseph teeing off today and tomorrow to wrap up the 2023 National Tournament in hopes of him climbing on-top of the National Leaderboard and bringing home a National Championship!
