SUNY Westchester Esports is hosting tryouts for the the spring 2025 semester.  On the heels of a strong fall season the team looks to reload for competition through the ECAC and SUNY. 

The fall semester was highlighted by Jacob Rosenstock aka "Snow Krow"  who appeared in the Guilty Gear Strive Championship match but finished in 2nd place for the SUNY Esports league. The Vikings had four teams qualify for the playoffs in total.  The Overwatch team were joined by "Froghead" for Super Smash Bros. Ulitmate and Jeremiah Adme, aka "WandererYoshi", joined "Snow Krow" as two representatives playing Guilty Gear Strive. All four games enjoyed a deep playoff run.  

Tryouts for all the games during a 2 week period starting on 01/07-01/17 since the deadline for teams to be registered is 01/20 for ECAC. SUNY Deadlines are 1/30..

Monday 1/13 at 8PM - Apex Legends, Guilty Gear: Strive, EA Sports FC 25, Rainbow 6 Siege, Team Fight Tactics

Tuesday 1/7& 1/14 at 8PM-  Valorant, Street Fighter 6 , NBA 2K, Fortnite 2v2 Zero Build

Wednesday 1/8 & 1/15 at 8PM- Rocket League, Counter-Strike 2, College Football

Thursday 1/9 & 1/16 at 8PM- Overwatch 2, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Fortnite 3v3 Build, Madden, Hearthstone

Friday 1/10 & 1/17 at 8PM-  Call of Duty Black Ops 6 (4v4), League of Legends , MLB the Show, Tekken 8.
