Valhalla, NY- This past Saturday the Lady Vikings traveled to Suffern as they took on Bronx Community College and Hostos. 

In the first game WCC took on Bronx and this is a match up that they have dominated in recent years and that continued on Saturday. SUNY WCC handled them in 3 sets. Sophomores Ashley Webber and Ziacera combined for 20 assists, and 2 freshmen Anastasia Rivera and Alicia Bombace combined for 15 digs and played great defense. 

In game 2 the Vikings would take on Hostos CC and would receive a scare in the first set as Hostos would win by a score of 25-13. After this our girls locked in and dominated the rest of the game winning every set by more than 9. Sophomores Ashley Webber(30 assists) and Yulis Vidal(12 kills) had huge performances in the win. Another stand our performance came from freshmen Alicia Bombace as she had a 13 kill performance. 

Westchester will have their final road game of the season as they take on Orange County Community College in Middletown this Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
