Valhalla, NY - This past weekend the Westchester Men's Basketball team took on the Middlesex Colts. This was a very physical game which had a lot of energy and back and forth.

 

The game was played neck and neck for the first half with no team shooting it that well but the defense was stout for both teams. The Colts would go on a run early in the second half and that would end up being the difference in the game. The Vikings went on a run and cut it to 10 at one point but that would be as close as it would get. 

 

Freshman Tarik Dacosta led the team with 17 points and Fari Joseph was right behind him with 12. 

 

Westchester will travel north this weekend for two games, one on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday they will play Erie Community College at 4:00 PM and on Sunday they will take on Monroe Community College at 4:00 PM. Good Luck Boys!
