Valhalla, NY - After suffering a very tough loss to the #The 20th ranked team in the Nation in Orange County Community College, the Vikings headed across the bridge for another conference matchup. This was in the name of the Hawks from Rockland Community College.

 

Both teams battled in a back and forth physical match up where there were tons of fouls, technical fouls and chirping back and forth. No team let up and it was close all the way until the end.

 

WCC battled all game in this tough stretch of 3 games in 6 days but fell just short in the end. Free throw shooting for the Vikings was the Achilles heel. Some late clutch shooting from RCC helped them hold off Westchester and pushed the Vikings to 1-2 in conference play. 

 

The men will have a chance at conference get back though as they will be back in action next Tuesday November 25th to take on SUNY Sullivan on the road in Lake Sheldrake NY. This will take place at 7:00 PM. Go support our boys!!
