Cheektowaga, NY - Three Vikings Bowlers traveled to the Buffalo, NY area for the NJCAA National Championships on Thursday.  After Day 1, WCC is off to a strong start. 

Freshman Billy Parker leads the way for the Blue and Gold, averaging 204 after the singles and doubles portion of the event.  His high game of the day was 226, which helped him to complete the segment in 17th place.  He is just 42 pins from 8th place, which would be the last to finish as All-American.  Parker finished 21st in singles.  

Sophomores Jonathan Hector and Christopher Pena had strong averages on the day with Hector at 175 and Penay at 154.  

The Vikings return to action on Friday as they begin the team portion of completion.  The Championship concludes on Saturday after Baker Games.  For the most up-to-date results, click here.
