He is a dedicated basketball coach with a strong background in player development, leadership, and program building. A former player at Carmel High School (2005–2008), Bobby has developed a lifelong passion for the game that has carried into his coaching career. From 2014 to 2021, he served as the Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at Pawling High School, where he focused on cultivating a positive, competitive culture and helping student-athletes grow both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy centers on fundamentals, teamwork, and accountability—preparing players to excel at the next level. In addition to his high school coaching experience, he has worked at elite basketball camps alongside NBA players Steve Novak, Tim Hardaway Jr., David Lee, Noah Vonleh, and Langston Galloway, emphasizing shooting technique, skill development, and leadership training.
In his first season as the Head Coach for the Lady Viking he helped lead them to a historic season. After not having a program for 2 years they returned to the top of Region 15. They amassed a 19-8 Record, the best since the 2012-2013 season. In the process they swept the Mid Hudson Conference going 4-0 and winning the Region 15 Championship. Despite falling 1 game short of the Division 2 NJCAA National Tournament he helped the program reach new heights and now looks to build on for another successful season.
