This will be Phil Toscano's 4th year as the Head Coach of the Lady Vikings Volleyball Team. After an up and down first two seasons the team broke out in a big way in the 2025 season under his leadership. He helped lead the Lady Vikings to their first Mid-Hudson Conference Championship since 2018 and their first Region 15 Championship in program history. With an impressive 20-5 record this was easily the best season the team has ever seen, not only that, but with winning the Region 15 championship, he also lead them to their first ever NJCAA National Tournament berth. As he enters his fourth season he will look to build on the success.Â
