Valhalla, NY – Westchester got back on a winning track on Tuesday as they completed the season sweep of Ulster in a Region 15 matchup 84-41.  The victory, was on a night where the team honored their sophomores what is the second to last game of the season. 
Though the 2^nd year players were on display early, it was Freshman Jaiden Brown (Cambria Heights, NY/Putnam Science Academy) who stole the show for much of the night.  Brown earned his 2^nd highest point total of the season as he shot 6 for 8 beyond the 3-point line, good for 18 points to go with his 9 rebounds and 2 steals.  Fellow freshman Yenfry Paulino (West Haverstraw, NY/North Rockland HS) had a solid game with 12 points and 7 rebounds.
The Vikings also received top performances from two sophomores who have anchored the team all season.  Omar Nkonde (Harlem, NY/Thurgood Academy) scored a team high 23 points to go with 9 rebounds and 3 blocks and Ed Beqiri (Yonkers, NY/Archbishop Stepinac HS) was solid once again with 16 points and 8 rebounds.  
The Vikings host their final game of the regular season on Sunday as they welcome Lackawanna College for a non-region matchup.  The Falcons had bested Westchester in January and WCC looks to even the season series to round out the year.  Tip-off is at 1pm.
