The WCC Lady Vikings traveled to Sullivan CC yesterday and bested the Generals, winning in 3-1 (25-9, 21-25, 26-24, 25-10).  The win evens the team's record at 2-2 on the season.

Westchester won the first game of he match comfortably and it looked as if they were cruising early.  After leading in the second game early, Sullivan fought back to win by 4 and swing the momentum of the match.  WCC was able to narrowly fend off SCC in a tough game 3 which rejuvenated the team's attack.  Game 4 was similar to the 1st as the team scored steadily to take the vicotry.  Sophomore Alexis Robles (Bronx Law & Finance) had a team high 10 kills to go with two service aces and 12 points.  Silvana Franaj (Valhalla HS) had 9 kills and 8 blocks for the Lady Vikings. 

The team returns to action on Tuesday, September 27^th as they host SUNY Orange at 7pm in the gymnasium.
