Box Score October 12^th, 2016 – Valhalla, NY

Women's Volleyball made it 5 wins in a row as they topped Sullivan on Tuesday 3-1 (25-8, 25-12, 23-25, 25-9).  Leading up to the match, WCC had notched wins over Hostos, Bronx, and two vs Dutchess all within one week.

The Lady Vikings took a home and home vs DCC on Tuesday the 4^th and Thursday the 6^th, both by the score of 3-0.  On Sunday October 9^th, the team traveled to Rockland CC to take on Bronx and Hostos in a double dual match. 
After beating the Broncos 3-0, Westchester had their hands full with Hostos in game 2.  After falling behind 2 games to 1, the Lady Vikings battled back to take game 4 (25-21) setting up a deciding game 5.  Though it was back and forth, WCC triumphed 16-14 to take the match. 

Silvana Frangaj (Valhalla HS) and Alexis Robles (Bronx Law & Finance) starred for the team during the stretch, averaging 11 and 10 kills per game respectively. 

The team returns to action on Saturday, October 15^th as they travel to BMCC to take on BMCC & FIT in a double dual matchup at 12 noon.
