Box Score (Poughkeepsie, NY) - An outstanding overall effort gave the Westchester Community College Women's Volleyball team their first win of the 2017 season on Saturday, as the Vikings swept Dutchess Community College, 3-0, on the road. With the win, WCC improves to 1-2 on the season.

The Vikings followed up a 25-19 opening set win with 25-12 and 25-16 set victories.

The win gave Head Coach Taneisha Cantave her first victory as Head Coach at Westchester Community College.

The Vikings return to action for a pair of home matches this week. On Tuesday, WCC welcomes Monroe-Bronx Community College, and on Thursday, Sullivan Community College travels to Viking Gymnasium. Both matches begin at 7:00 p.m.
