Demoni Gordon and
Joshua Leal however, the Senators would get on the board first with a goal in the 25
th minute. SUNY Ulster would keep the pressure throughout the half inside Westchester's zone until the 44
th minute when the Vikings were awarded a penalty kick.
Joshua Leal's kick would be saved and the game would go 1-0 into halftime.
The second half would see more of a physical battle between the Conference rivals. The Vikings would catch the break they were hoping for in the 88
th minute. A hard foul inside the 18 would put
Kenneth Concha on the line in hopes of tying the game against Ulster. The whistle would blow and Concha would net the equalizer past the Senators Santiago Saavedra. The game would end in a 1-1 tie due to the new NJCAA regular season rules.
