Biography

Sophomore Kevin Umanzor returns to WCC after an outstanding career at Port Chester where he earned All-League and All-Section honors. A defender, Umanzor's favorite soccer team is FC Barcelona, and the celebrity he would like to meet is Lionel Messi. His favorite snack is the cherry tomato, and his favorite meal is papusa. Umanzor's favorite band is Montez de Durango. He hopes to become a CPA one day if his professional soccer aspirations do not come to fruition.

2018 SEASON:
Started 14 games as a defender for the Vikings, during which he enjoyed a tremendous season as WCC allowed only 18 goals over 16 games. Scored his first career goal during a 1-1 tie with Region XV powerhouse Suffolk Community College on Oct. 4.
