The Vikings were able to get past a tough regional opponent on Monday, coming back from an early deficit to beat Dutchess Community College by the score of 4-2.  The win gets WCC back in the win column after a tough loss to 2015 National Champions, Nassau CC. 
Westchester fell behind early as the Falcons scored in just the 4^th minute.  They pulled out to a two goal lead after the 17^th minute when a DCC shot found the back of the net.  The Vikings fought back though when Salh Alzubidi (New Rochelle HS) got WCC on the board before the break.  The second half saw Jared Milan (Mahopac HS) put in the equalizer and two breakaway goals midway through the second by Josue Ortize (Bronx Academy) put Westchester ahead for good.
With the win, the Vikings better their record to 5-2 overall.  They next travel to Stone Ridge, NY on Thursday, September 29^th to take on the Senators of Ulster CC for a 4pm start.
