“One of the most dedicated student-athletes in the history of the Westchester Community College Baseball Team.”

“Westchester Community College was his life. He was at his happiest and best when he was around the school and his team.”

“He was the perfect teammate.”

These are just a few of the terms that encompass the life and legacy of Frank Sinatra III. A starter for Westchester Community College in 2009 and 2010, Sinatra was a team captain during his second season as a Viking, and exhibited the kind of leadership qualities that made him a joy to be around for players and coaches alike.

Tragically, Sinatra passed away in 2012 at the age of 24, but his legacy lives on forever. Franky’s Field of Dreams Foundation was established in 2012, “to help support excellence through education, athletics or any endeavor that improves the lives of others. Through scholarships and   other contributions, Franky’s Field of Dreams Foundation hopes to foster intellectual development and physical well being.”
